We're refining our monitoring and some cron jobs to try and keep the disk
space pruned. But when space balloons due to poor cleanup, there is only so
much we can do.

"official ASF" GH Actions. If you agree with that approach, then you can
dev/test there or we can move your tested Action there when you're ready to
share it with others.
