@Win Htin:
You are definitely on the money with your suggested change to bacula-sd.conf
and your mt commands to set the driver options. I was getting errors like
these with my Tandberg SLR7 whenever I tried to append to a tape which had been
mounted while the system rebooted:-

Hello !
Well, I'm since months now on that project, but nevertheless I like
bacula and I agree that it's hardware issues that I'm experiencing.
I have the same settings as you on the library. But I noticed a weird
thing : the library stops responding to the Web Access after a few days

It might help to update your firmware if it is not current.
While setting up Bacula for the first time with RHEL 5.2 and the TL2000 I ran
btape and then cap which showed the tape

If "mtx" is working from command line, cut and paste the following
perl script, changing parameters where necessary. That will help

Hi,
thank you for the advices. We have very similar configurations, and I'm
sure I'm not too far from the solution. I tried to use your settings in
the storage daemon config file, and the "mt" options as well, than I
didn't try so far.
But, as soon as I put those settings, I have another error

Hello,
thank you for your help. I've seen your post googling for my problem,
but I don't think it's a reboot problem of the autochanger here, because
I didn't reboot the autochanger since weeks, and I put 10 new tapes into
it, that all turn out with this MTEOM problem as soon I put a 2nd backup
Hi the list !
I need your help !
I'm trying to setup bacula working with our Dell Autochanger TL2000 (24
slots, 1 drive), and I have pretty serious problems that drive me mad. I
can't tell the many hours I spent on that project.
The issue is that bacula has trouble appending to tape if it has alr
