find enough information to resolve problems.
For example, I am able to load a tape from slot 1;

by allowing the user to partition the unit to suit his/her needs. In other

after an upgrade I get those error (via Bacula daemon message). I've
upgraded from 1.36 to 2.2.5 on gentoo running postgres (I've
successfully updated db to version 9 and then 10).
backups are running ok and if I issue those query manually on my db they
works.

I believe your problem is caused by an internal storage daemon and an
external client. When the bacula director starts a job, the director tells
the file daemon to backup X files to X storage daemon with X ip and X
authentication. Your file daemon is attempting to connect to your storage

BrightStor to Bacula 2.0.3 after completing a testing phase. I am still not

restores, I have found the answer (thanks Vik!) I had all of the Media
Types for my many Storage directives set to "File". When I tried to
restore, bacula went to the first Storage directive with the appropriate
type,
There were some hoops I had to jump through in order to get my Sun machine to
recognize the autochanger properly. Once that was done bacula was off and
running. Well, except for substituting the mtx-changer script for one that's
written for Sun machines.

button is greyed out after choosing a client in the pulldown-menu and
