It looks like my database server crashed during a query of a completly different database. So the question is what is the best way to recover when a backup job fails? What I am trying to do is to archive ~350GB of data that we do not need to have online right now. I created a new pool for this set.

It asked for the new tape I ejected the tape via the button on the drive, installed a new tape, labeled the tape, forgot to mount it and then had the job terminate after I messed up the mount command.
