One option is to enable the AuthSuccessLog system preference
(Administration > System preferences > Logs), and then use the Log viewer
tool to view (Tools > Additional tools > Log viewer).
This would only give you data from when the system preference was enabled.

Hi Evan.
You could try these system preferences:
- numSearchResults: default number of search results in the staff interface
- OPACnumSearchResults: default number of search results in the OPAC
Both of these default to 20.
