I'm not sure how you got to Koha 25.04 (I assume you mean Koha 24.05). 8-) It is always helpful to include the full version number, such as Koha 24.05.02, as some bugs get fixed and included in later maintenance releases.
Holdings table issues ================ A big change was made in Koha 25.04.00 to how the holdings table is generated (see Bug 33568 - Use the REST API to display items on the staff biblio detail view https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=33568). A result of this is that it is much more "fussy" about item data, and problems with your item data or frameworks can cause this problem. See Bug 37416 - Holdings table errors or stuck on "Processing" in the staff interface - how to identify cause and possible solutions - particularly comments 2 to 5: https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=37416 Mostly, to date, the issue is because of problems with your item data or frameworks. Patron search =========== For your patron search, this is often related to patron date fields having 0000-00-00 values, instead of being null.
