Hi Evan. One thing I would try is to see if you can export a smaller range or records, instead of everything (for example, from biblionumber 1 to 1000). That way you can see if it is working, or if it is something to do with the amount of memory/resources your server has. (It may also be a Koha issue.)
Some information that may help other Koha Community members with troubleshooting your issue: - What version of Koha are you running? (To find this ,look in the staff interface About Koha > Server information.) - How many records/items do you have in your installation? One thing to try, is to see if you can export your records using the command line script misc/export_records.pl (you can use --help to get the help information). I've not used it, but maybe others can comment on their experience using it.
