It is currently not possible to pull the negative keywords that were added for a specific date range. To pull only the negative keywords irrespective of the date range, you could also try using the Campaign Negative Keywords Performance Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/

Hi Charles, AdWords sometimes permanently deletes those objects which did not really generate any statistics. So for your removed objects, you may still be able to retrieve their information using the service or report which specializes in those entities and by applying the correct Status filte
