I read the section "Add a negative campaign criterion" and knows how to do it. Although you mentioned that we can't add a negative keyword at the account level, I also noticed there is a section called "Add negative criteria to a customer" and it seems that I can do a very similar job just as how it is done at campaign-level (set the criterion to a "KEYWORD" type). So I'm a little confused why we can't negatively target a keyword at the account level. Besides, what is the right way to "Add a negative keyword at the account level" (like creating some kind of negative keywords list and apply to every campaign ? )
