Developer Token Basic Access requested 2 weeks ago with no reply

Hi Google Ads team, I submitted a Basic Access Request for the Developer Token ~2 weeks ago and have been awaiting a decision without any reply. The account is still showing as Test Account - it's not even marked as "pending" yet. Google Ads Manager Account: 463-646-2382.
