We’re encountering an issue with our developer token. Although we have an
email from *ads-api-complia...@google.com <ads-api-complia...@google.com>*
confirming our token approval, we’re still seeing the following error when
calling the App Conversions and Remarketing API:
{ "ad_events": [], "errors": ["dev_token_invalid"], "attributed": false,
"warnings": ["eea_missing_or_invalid"] }
Our developer token already has permissions for the App Conversions and
Remarketing API. Could you please clarify why we are still receiving a
*dev_token_invalid* error?
Additionally, is there a direct way to contact the Google Ads Compliance
Team? We have been trying to resolve this issue for over three weeks and
urgently need a solution. We would greatly appreciate any expedited
assistance you can provide. We have already filled out the form at
https://support.google.com/adspolicy/contact/contact_ads_api, but no case
ID has been issued, nor has there been any follow-up.
