I believe that the motivation behind having the Deleted keyword
status is, as suggested, because it can be relevant to report
historical information about keywords that are now deleted. But to the
best of my knowledge, it's not possible to undelete a keyword, and
they won't normall

differently from deletion of ads, ad groups, or campaigns. This should
