it is being stopped by the SCSI Reserve set by a different Client.
This has solved Reserve conflict problems for us in the past, and it is
far easier than deleting and recreating all the tape drives everywhere
would be worth checking to make sure that all the paths on the
LIbrary Clients point to the correct paths. I have some scripts to
automate this in AIX. If anyone thinks this will help them, I will make
them available offline.
