I have a Solaris 8 64bit machine with TSM BAC 5.2.5.0 and TDP for ORACLE
5.2.2.0 installed. I am getting the error below when trying to connect the TDP
to the TSM Server using the tdpconf command:
ANS1192E (RC959) Specifying the error log '*' as a symbolic link is not
allow
Anyone here started playing with this TDP? We can't get it to install.
Most folks here use a terminal window and the "-i console" option has
always worked in the past. With 6.3 it tried to kick in a GUI/Java
session and thus fails since it can't start an X-Windows session
I'm not aware of one we're stuck on V5.5.2.

Oracle code on both/all hosts which comprise the cluster. There will
