my personal FACTS:
I can find things easily on this new web page.
I only cannot remeber how I found it, where it was,
so I never feel sure whether I found exactly what I wanted to
or only something similar.
my personal FEELING:
It makes me feel quite uncomfortable.
Hmm - need a couch?

I was in a tight spot, needing to get a client version that would work
on a new system.
I had to laugh when at the end of a grueling "sign up for an account to
get to it" session, I ended up on a publicly accessible ftp site.
I guess if enough people don't sign up for accounts, some group of

Lets be truthful, IT really stinks as a support tool.
Does anyone actually like the site? I doubt it. IBM, in their rush to control access
to the software has destroyed a great support site and replaced it with junk.
having to jump thru all of IBMs hoops and still not being able to find what I

Probably not... I know from past experience in IBM facilities, at least,
that IBM designates all the current, good stuff for sale to customers:
what is relegated for use internally is generally stuff that won't sell
or is older technology - remaindered s

Yes, it is awkward getting into the support sites for patches and info.
I got so many userid's and passwords, and each place thinks they are
important enough in my life to remembers thiers!

Today I've got it trying to look different libraries. Supported devices
list does not require authorization but library element addresses are
protected (maybe again SCO is having IP claims :-)).
