Are you trying to label and LTO1 tape. A TS3310 only supports LTO3 drives. LTO3 drives can not write to LTO1 media. Or, even if the tapes are LTO3 do they have LTO1 labels on them. TSM will see the "L1" on the tape label and being that the LTO3 drives can't write to an L1 tape you can get the
