That's what the "operating system" excludes are and you don't have to
code anythng to get them. They are there by default.

Thanks for the prompt response, but maybe I was not clear. What I meant
to
ask is that if anyone knows where I can find information about default
include/lists according to it's respective domain.
In other words a generic include/exclude list which I can use it
against all
my windows nodes, thereby not backing any irrelevant data, e.x: /tmp in
any
Unix system.

For Windows specifically open a Windows Baclient command line, type

q inclexcl

This will list all the details for that specific machine. I think the
ones that you are specifically interested are denoted "operating
system"
under the source heading.
