That file lists your database and recovery log volumes. Without it
you cannot initialize your *SM server.

This normally is a permissions problem. Check the scheduler service via
control panel / services. See what account the service logs in as. If

library and place it in our fire safe. I keep db backups for about 1 month
and then delete them. I track these using the Q volhist type=dbb (TSM

I have just installed TSM V4.1 over my ADSM V3.1.2.50. All went fine until I
tried to start the new TSM Server. The WinNT 4.0 services for the TSM-Server
were not installed during the install process. What can I do ? Can I define
