Prerequisites: 2020+ TeX distribution which can be downloaded from: https://www.tug.org/texlive/acquire.html The entire TeX distribution doesn't have a license, but TeX Live (as a policy: https://www.tug.org/texlive/copying.html) only accepts free software, but there is no single copyright holder for the entire distribution. For copying conditions of this distribution, please refer to this: https://www.tug.org/texlive/LICENSE.TL After running `l3build install` in datestamp/datestamp, the package gets installed. So one can run my program with the LuaLaTeX engine which is GPLv2-licensed. So nothing in this package depends on any non-free software.
