Please check again: files like testfiles/datestamp-example.lvt still have the
old form of copyright line.

You'll be able to create it when your package is approved on Savannah; then
you'll be able to do it in the administration area of your package on the
'Select Features' page.

In short, it means using git-format-patch; please read Git documentation.
