With Sage under Windows, doing this at the command line

sage: notebook()

would display an IP address without a port number. I've tried that
under Windows XP SP2 as well as Vista. But I'm curious about this
problem with the notebook under Windows XP SP3. Sadly, I no longer
have access to a Vista machine, nor do I have access to an XP machine
with SP3 :-(
