What should we do with this? I think it's cleaner to move them out of
the Sage library. One solution is to make both of these into a real
package. But then we have to manually autotoolize these projects which
is not very fun.
Can't we work with upstream (the authors) to package these?
For starters, none of these seem very active projects. In particular,
hyperellfrob and bernmm have their last release in 2008 and 2009.
Second, what if the authors don't care?
I agree that properly packaging is the best solution, but I don't know
if that's realistic. On the other hand, moving them to src/ext at least
makes it clear that they are external projects and it wouldn't change
much to how they are compiled in Sage.
