Will cygwin accept a monolithic Sage package that duplicates lots of Cygwin packages? This is the same question about including Sage into linux distros, and the answer is going to be a resounding "of course not". Of course it would be great to make Sage more modular, but its not going to happen in the next few months. Packaging things correctly is the long-terms solution, but for now we should just drop off a cygwin binary build essentially the same way as we make the other binary builds.
