The text is just a transcript of the video - personally I prefer to see & hear the video. Takes less effort on my part. Steven Wolfram will never win any awards for his modesty. He has the biggest ego of any person I can think of. I guess he must be pretty fit to carry around the weight of his huge ego whereever he goes!
