Ah, I wondered about that. I don't think I want to volunteer to revive the system since in the next week I (1) move house (2) start teaching in a new university and (3) take over as editor of a real journal (Proceedings of the LMS for those who are interested). The latter is a daunting prospect -- shared with a co-editor -- which even comes with a one day-per-week secretary attached. Now, if only I also had a crew of german-style assistants too....
