I agree 100%. Currently we have 115 tickets with some patch in trac
(see http://trac.sagemath.org/sage_trac/report/13), so that is a lot
of code that can bitrot. The coercion changes going in right now have
a tendency to cause conflicts since some of them are all over the map.
One of RoberWB's patches touched *80* files (the cpdef one), so please
make sure that one's patches still apply cleanly against 3.1.3.alpha1.
I complain twice a week about reviews, so it is good that it isn't
coming from me one time :)

There is also the GBasis over Z "toy" implementation which should go
in IMHO. Oliver pretty much gave that one a positive review.
