Well, there are 40+ connections to the webserver from
"210.212.194.12", i.e. "ws12.nitk.ac.in" and that guy has *0* log
entries in error.log or access.log, so I am about to temporarily ban
the nitk.ac.in domain from sagemath.org ;)
As is I cannot work on sagemath.org, so maybe we should move trac to
another box since the situation as is just plain sucks.
