Built the alpha4 tarball on Mac OS X, 10.4.11 (Dual Quad Xeon)

real    80m19.593s
user    62m6.106s
sys     30m9.815s

All tests passed!
Total time for all tests: 2362.4 seconds

I'll try the above next.  Building the tarball on 10.5.1 now.
