I misunderstood your comment because I was in a hurry. You're right -- there is no "Published" link in Google Documents -- since they have no analogue of viewing all user-published documents -- they aren't like a wiki. So I haven't figured out at all where would be best to put the "Published" link or even what is the best name for it. Your suggestion to put it in the very upper right spot is definitely better than what is currently done. Does anybody have any better ideas yet?
