This wubi.exe is identical to the one included in the ISO. The default language for my system is Dutch. Thinking that it might have been the reason that wubi tried to download the entire ISO again, I changed the language to English. To no avail. It still wanted to download the entire ISO again. Then I changed the language to English (US) and even to French (since perhaps that was your working language), but it still insists on downloading the entire ISO again. I tried this eight times. Four times wubi that is included in the ISO and four times with wubi that you attached to your earlier mail. In the latter case I made sure that wubi was launched from the directory where I have the ISO sitting.
