Its looks like error on DVD Drive. Maybe the quality of the bootable DVD media.
Anyway did you try to install by using USB flash drive? If not, please try it.

Yesterday my friends take Sabily 9.10 Gaza Edition DVD from me but later he
take sabilt 9.04 and both time he got error during installation about DVD/CD
len cleaner, i myself check but fail, so why it happing and what it soultion,
later when i install Ubuntu 9.10, i work and didn't show any error but In case
of Sabily Installation. His Computer Specifiction was:
Ram 512 MB
H/D 60GB
Processor 1.6
P-IV
Window XP was install when i visit but i install Ubuntu in it.
