Change subject: IMPALA-13717: Calcite Planner, enable UTF-8 character set ...................................................................... Patch Set 5: Ok, gonna abandon this change. It appears to work by just making sure the proper System property is set. I tested with a simple change to CalciteJniFrontend and it worked. But CalciteJniFrontend will be going away soon, shortly after IMPALA-13653 is committed.
