Could a Red Hat Person please tell us how such a manual upgrade might be
achieved in a safe manner? (in the same manner as the installer would
do, installing new packages that satisfy dependencies, making .rpmsave
files, etc.)
(I thought it would have been rpm -Fvh --nodeps --force *.rpm, but I
could be wrong)
