The only thing I could find in the whole system that was not up to snuff
was incomplete separation of neutrals and grounds in the sub-panel.  In
other words more than one ground to neutral bond. But the fact remains that
this
system worked flawlessly for 26 years!  I also removed the ground wire from
the transformer but still no difference. What am I missing?
