We experienced the precise problem you had a couple months which eventually
lead to trying the above steps. After a frustrating number of C.S. calls
and getting bumped between multiple representatives with varying levels of
success we ended up getting replacement equipment from Sol-Ark.

We first noticed there was an issue when we would make parameters changes
to Inverter 1 the troublesome inverter (no. 3) would seemingly at random
revert later on. Inverter 3 was also constantly displaying a slightly
different battery voltage than its three partner inverters.

Once we replaced the equipment sent by Sol-Ark we haven't had a parallel
system stop and the parameters remain consistently mapped across all
units.

Cheers,
Sam
