Hi All, I have an installer buddy where i used to live who’s having to try and get a discover lithium warrantied.
Its 3 yrs old, 2 years installed. The dealer is closed, and the customer doesn’t have the POP. Discover is being very difficult. The battery appears to have a dead cell block which makes trying to get info out of the battery all but impossible as it won’t stay on long enough to download the info.
