Sam:
We have been impressed with the EJOT product line. We used a set recently on a sine waved shape wall to mount a backboard. We try to penetrate on the peaks of the corrugations. There are EJOTs for wood <https://ejot-usa.com/products/solar-fastening-systems/for-exposed-fastener-metal-roofs/ja3-for-wood-substructures> structures and for metal <https://ejot-usa.com/products/solar-fastening-systems/for-exposed-fastener-metal-roofs/jz3-for-steel-substructures> structures. You can get rubber cups mold to the profile of sine wave corrugations while there are trapezoidal shaped bonded plates for that cross section. You can mix and match. They are available through Greentech, if you have a branch you can access. Corrubracket we typically employ. I'm looking for alternate solutions if you will, please. The corrugation pattern is 1-1/4" from "ridge" top to "ridge" top and the depth of the "valley" is 1/4". A drawing is attached explaining this further. -- *Sam Haraldson*, Installation Manager <https://onsiteenergyinc.com/about-us#haraldson> OnSite Energy, Inc. NABCEP PV Pro #PV-042217-016714
