Wrenches, One of my guys attended a Shucco Solar Thermal training late last week in CT. Word (rumor?) was going around that the $2,000 cap on the 30% ITC was being dropped for solar thermal, as it had previously been dropped for PV last fall for 2009 systems.
Can anybody confirm, or deny, this?
