I just want to say thanks for all your ideas. This is a great site and the members are very caring. Monday, I started a regimen with a clinic called Pump in Lodi. It's run by P.T's and they concentrate on core and balance. I had been going to a gym for years and just got lazy. After only riding my bike for a period of time, I am paying the price. I am only going to do short, easy rides until my core and balance catch up with my legs. Bottom line, at 61 years, I really need to keep up with this stuff. Aging is not easy. Don C.
