i believe one's like-dislike of cotton bar tape has to do with one's most recent experience wrestling with each brand! > > i've tried all the major ones, viva, newbaums, tressotar, velo-orange, and that's the order i would rate them personally. the viva is expensive, but it actually has a slightly softer feel to the hand (really hard to explain). i think newbaums is the best value as the rolls are really long, and they hold up well. i didn't like the vo one as it's really wide and thicker--which may be an advantage depending on your preference.
