To me, they only look weird because it's a new idea. Considering the number of upright bar users, this is the same thing with the addition of some forward extensions. I have Origin 8 spacebars on my MTB / utility bike. While fine for most things, I do find myself wanting something more forward on long climbs. The bars feel like they are underneath me and something forward would be more natural. Seems an intriguing idea.
Does anyone make custom handlebars, i.e., "bend to your clever idea"? dougP On Friday, June 7, 2013 2:07:14 PM UTC-7, Steve Palincsar wrote: > > I know there are some serious fans of upright bars here.
