The Conti CX Speed comes in a 700x42 size (actual a bit narrower) and is 180tpi. I had a pair on my QB for a while that were very supple and fast, only switched them out for something slightly narrower so I could run fenders. The file tread is super minimal, you barely notice it on the road.
