I have P45 with 40mm Rumpkins under them and no rubbing with front fender at max height. Paul Racer brakes. I am getting Hetres soon. Only 2mm diff. Hope they fit. You could grind hole on p45 fender mounting bracket for to move fender higher a few mm. I am thinking of this if Hetres too tight. Racers have lotsa space. I can measure if you want. My Racer arms snap open wide upon releasing the ball of the straddle cable. So they won't touch the fender. I have to deflate 40mm Rumpkins tire to get tire thru brake pads though.
