It tends to be in October or early November, though I think they've done a spring one occasionally too. It's organized by a guy named Tom McMahon. I don't think he's on this list but he might be. Even though I haven't gone on it in a couple years, he still usually sends me the announcement in the fall. I can forward it when I get it.
