Jim E, thanks for the help.  If you're wheel is near the middle of the
dropout in normal case, how do you have enough room when you drop to
32?  Wouldn't you only have about 1" of drop out left to slide it
back?  Hmm maybe i'm trying to get my chain too tight when i drop it
into 32x18, should the chain be as tight as it is in 40x18, or a
little more slack?
