I mount tires like the Youtube video (and like Bill M. - I must've read his Reader letter!), but it was helpful to see someone do it. Next time I'm fixing a flat on my wife's 3-speed, I'll use the SpaCycles presenter's toe strap trick (and calm English demeanor) to keep everything under control.
