I'd go with the 50mm width, especially if you're going to run Hetres. I installed Berthoud 50's on my Bleriot and have no problem with Pari Motos, CdVs, or the new Soma B-Lines. Clearance for Hetres is minimal, especially on the front. Clearance is best running P-M's. I suspect that 45mm Honjos would be too close for comfort for me with Hetres, if it works at all.
