I have no advise, but I can offer some advice: avoid synthetic food & supplements [it's the equal of wearing lycra or spandex on your outsides] in your insides; bananas/sunflower seeds/ walnuts & avocados do fantastic things; drink water before thirst kicks in [as said many a time already]; don't overdrink water though [sip/sip/sip]...
