Mordorish? Whats dat? My input ( besides discs) is that the 2.2 29er wheels roll over everything. You will be much happier and safer on steep trails and rough terrain with what ever frame you get. Just make sure it's steel. And those big wheels take some work to climb.. that 12-36 cassette will be your next buy.
