Jason, I’m with Bill in that the splots look odd. Can you ID them with certanty as dry latex vs. mud? I often ride in mud and I get all kinds of spray and splash and none of it looks like that. Perhaps it’s simply the sealant seeping out a porus tire? I don’t see directionality in the spots, so it’s hard to imagine how it got there otherwise.
